Service Appointments:
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Process for Refunds
Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, contact our customer service team at info@astroadd.in with your order details and reason for the request.
Processing Time: Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within a reasonable period.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
