Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Return Eligibility

Products purchased from AstroAdd (such as Rudraksha, Gemstones, Bracelets, or other spiritual items) can be returned only if:

            •          The product is damaged or defective on delivery

            •          The wrong product was delivered

            •          The product is missing items or parts

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of astrology products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

            •          Energized Rudraksha or Gemstones

            •          Customized or personalized products

            •          Used or worn products

            •          Products damaged after delivery

3. Return Process

To request a return:

            1.        Contact the AstroAdd support team.

            2.        Provide Order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.

            3.        Our team will review the request and approve the return if eligible.

4. Refund Policy

            •          Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

            •          Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days.

            •          The amount will be credited to the original payment method or AstroAdd wallet.

5. Replacement Option

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may also choose a replacement instead of a refund.

6. Shipping Charges

            •          If the return is due to AstroAdd’s mistake (damaged or wrong product), shipping charges will be covered by AstroAdd.

            •          For other cases, return shipping may be charged to the customer.
